DIY Rose Gold High Heels
Find a pair of shoes which are fairly clean. I bought these a few years ago but kept tossing them to the back of my closet for some reason.
Tape up your shoes to protect the inside of them from painting. I used painter’s tape on the soles and electrical tape on the hardware and straps.
Spray paint the shoes with white matte spraypaint. This will help the next coats of paint look very rose gold and also help them to adhere. Let dry for an hour or so.
Place shoes into a cardboard box with soles facing downward. Spray shoes with rose gold spraypaint in a light, even coat to cover shoes and bottom of shoes. Let dry and re-coat soles and back of shoes. Wait one hour and then turn shoes over to coat the tops.
Create a mixture of mod podge gloss, glitter, and a little bit of rose gold acrylic paint. This will be used to coat the soles and platforms of the heels.
Marvel at the splendor of your creation and enjoy your lovely rose gold, glittery shoes!
